Puducherry Election

Legislative Assembly elections were held in Puducherry on 9 April 2026 to elect all the 30 members of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly. The election recorded a voter turnout of 89.87%, the highest ever for an assembly election in the union territory. The votes were counted and the results were declared on 4 May 2026 by the Election Commission of India.
