Ingredients
- Boiled egg : 6 Nos
- Onion : 2 (thinly sliced)
- Green chillies : 5 (vertically sliced)
- Tomatoes : 1 (sliced)
- Chilly powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 2 tsp
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste : 1 tsp
- Coconut oil : 3 tsp
- Curry leaves : 1 sprig
- Mustard Seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Water : as needed
- Salt : as needed
Preparation Method:
- Boil the eggs with some salt, deshell and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add sliced onion, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute till onion become brownish.
- Add all spice powder (Turmeric, Chilly, Coriander, Garam masala ) and saute for a minute over low flame.
- Add tomato and cook till tomatoes become soft.
- Cut the de shelled egg vertically, Drop the eggs into the pan and mix it well with the mixture. Cover the lid for 5 minutes in a low flame.
- Add salt to taste, and allow it to boil.
- Remove from the fire and serve hot.
